All our products are checked prior to despatch but please call 0800 0326447 or email info@sackmaker.com in the unlikely event that you have a problem with your order.

Returns Policy
We will accept returned goods as long as they are undamaged and wrapped in the original packaging - we cannot accept return of part orders.

Return carriage and restocking charges apply to goods correctly supplied and will be deducted from your refund.

Should goods have been supplied incorrectly or are faulty the above charges may be waived.
